By booking an appointment or using the services provided by Dvine Beauty Terms & Conditions, you agree to the following terms and conditions set by DVine Beauty Salon. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance. You can contact us via phone, email, or in person to schedule a treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full service can be provided.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other clients.

4. Health Conditions

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or injuries prior to your treatment. This helps us tailor your service appropriately and safely.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and card payments in-salon.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They must be presented at the time of redemption and cannot be exchanged for cash.
